The admission to New Era Public School is formally structured and follows a systematic procedure. Advertisements are placed in the local dailies in the 3rd week of January, inviting candidates to appear for an entrance exam to be held in the 3rd week of March. On the basis of their performance in the exam, candidates are short listed for an interview.
The final selection is done on the basis of performance in written test and interview. Once the students are selected they are required to pay the school fees and formally inducted into the classrooms at a prescribed date.
