(The Director and the Principal performing havan
with class XII students)
On 17th February, a farewell party was held to bid adieu to class XII. Preparations had been underway for quite sometime as class XI was keen to showcase their talent.
It was difficult to believe that these suave young gentlemen and graceful young ladies, till a few days ago, actually struggled to be in proper uniform! The day began with a havan in which the Director, Mrs. Chopra and the Principal, Mrs. Chawla, teachers and students of class XII participated.
In her address, Mrs. Chopra, emphasized the need to be imbibed, disciplined and never to forget the values. She wished the students good luck for their exams. Mrs. Chawla too conveyed her good wishes to the students. She spoke to them about the need to be disciplined in attitude and to be thankful for all that they have been granted.
An AV presentation capturing the precious moments of class XII in school got an appreciable response. A short and entertaining song-dance sequence was followed by a DJ session and sumptuous lunch laid out for all was much relished and enjoyed. Each student of class XII could be seen sporting a badge depicting his/her title lovingly given by the class teacher and all of them mingled in bonhomie and fun to make the special group of 305 – Class XII of 2011-2012.
