(Mrs.Chopra’s 75th Birthday Celebrations)
The Director’s 75th birthday was celebrated in a colourful manner by the students of the Primary Wing. The special assembly was held in the school auditorium.
The little ones dressed in their best casuals sat impatiently, waiting for the birthday lady to arrive. On her arrival, the Director, Mrs. Usha Chopa was greeted with the loudest cheer ever.
A short entertainment programme of song and dance was hugely appreciated by the audience. The wonderfully choreographed dance on a medley of songs left all of us asking for more. The Director, Mrs.Usha Chopra addressed the excited audience and spoke about the wonderful moments of her childhood. The Principal, Mrs. Vandana Chawla conveyed her warm wishes to the Director wishing her a happy birthday. She spoke about Mrs.Chopra’s strengths. The Director then cut a cake as the happy audience sang ‘Happy Birthday to you’.
