(The Junior Choir Sings On Republic Day)
The school celebrated the Republic Day on 25th January. A special assembly was held in the school ground where all the students from classes II-XII had gathered along with their teachers. The programme commenced with the morning prayer and a soulful rendition of a poem.
The Junior & Senior school choir sang two patriotic numbers melodiously bringing about excited audience participation. Two dance numbers were presented by the students and everyone clapped merrily as the children danced to a medley of popular patriotic songs. The programme ended with a performance by an all girls band which was appreciated by everyone present.
Speaking on the occasion, the Founder Principal and Director, Mrs. Usha Chopra spoke about the responsibility of the youth of the country in these challenging times. The Principal, Mrs. Vandana Chawla, addressed the students, emphasizing the need to be better each passing day.
