New Era Public School organised a two day celebration to mark the 64th Founder's Day. A special assembly was organised on 12th April wherein students presented songs and dances to begin the celebrations. The assembly had performances by children of primary and senior wing. The children were preparing from a long time and it was evident. The Founder Principal and Director Mrs. Usha Chopra and the Principal Mrs. Vandana Chawla addressed the assembly and expressed elation at the completion of 63 years.
On 13th, a Havan was performed to bless the school and everyone associated with it. An in-house competition was organised where teachers from different branches showcased their talents. The dance teachers also performed their particular styles of dances and were rewarded by the Director. The Principal and Founder Director shared glimpses from their journey of witnessing the school reaching the heights it has attained.
The performances by the teachers completely energised the environment and were performed with great zeal. The teachers took out time from their busy schedule to practice for the songs and dances. Their spirit deserves to be applauded. This shows that New Era is not just their workplace, it is family for all those who sot under the shade of its canopy.
