The Annual Interschool Commerce Fest Vanijya was organised on August 26,2022 with zeal and enthusiasm by the students, as it was happening for the first time after the lockdown, in an offline mode. The air of excitement was pervasive as teams from 16 schools trooped in and were welcomed at the Reception with a beautiful rangoli and a pleasant group of volunteers. The Fest was inaugurated with the Lamp lighting ceremony by the Founder Principal and Director of the school, Ms Usha Chopra and the Principal of the School, Ms Vandana Chawla. They were accompanied by Mr Nitin Kumar and Mr Abhinav Singh, accomplished founders of a successful start-up dealing with Digital Marketing, who had kindly consented to judge the event. After the motivating address by Ms Chopra and the cheerful advice by Ms Chawla to enjoy the competition, the Stock Marketeers left for their venue-the Computer lab, where for an hour there was fierce and serious trading as they vied for the highest profits. The budding entrepreneurs in the AV room gave thought provoking presentations, aided by amazing PPTs on the topic, ‘From Greed to Green, the evolution of marketing.’ The judges asked some questions from the teams after their presentation and these too were very well fielded by the students.

The Prize Distribution ceremony brought the curtains down on this year’s Vanijya. Ms Chopra accompanied by Ms Chawla awarded the deserving while the supportive participants applauded their efforts. The results of both the events are as follows;
