Gallery Farewell - New Era Public School

The school's two-day Annual Day celebration, held on May 9th for classes IX-XII and May 10th for classes VI-VIII, was a resounding success, showcasing a vibrant tapestry of music, dance, and drama. We had the honour of welcoming the Chief Guest Veditha Reddy, Director , Education and Sports,Delhi NCR and Guest of Honour Aayush Sadana, Director, Rishad Hotel and Restaurant Service Pvt, Ltd, (Alumini 2008) on 9th May and the Guest of Honour Pavani Poddar, Supreme Court Advocate on record, (Alumni batch2007)on 10th May. The festivities commenced with "Ninad," a captivating orchestral performance that set an inspiring tone. This was followed by "Anhad," a powerful choir presentation featuring 100 students singing in unison "Bharat Ek Anokha Raag Hai," an ethereal portrayal of India's unity in diversity. The subsequent prize distribution ceremony recognized and celebrated the diverse talents of the students, awarding achievements in academics, music, dramatics, public speaking, social commitment, and more. The grand finale of the Annual Day was a thought-provoking adaptation of Christopher Marlowe's "Dr. Faustus" titled "Dr Faustus: The Quest Within." The theatre extravaganza featured four captivating dance performances and delved into the profound themes of power, morality, and humanity's increasing reliance on social media and technology.
