New Era Public School, Mayapuri celebrated Chrysalis Week for students of Classes III to VIII. The week-long celebration provided students with a platform to showcase their creativity, critical thinking, and technological skills through hands-on projects and presentations. Classes III–V students displayed their learning using age-appropriate digital tools. Class III students created interactive projects on Scratch, Class IV students designed presentations using OpenOffice Impress/PowerPoint, and Class V students developed creative and game-based projects using Inkscape and Greenfoot. The projects reflected imagination, collaboration, and logical thinking. Classes VI–VIII students presented technology-driven projects using HTML, CSS, PHP, and GIMP. Class VI focused on digital design, Class VII on structured web pages, and Class VIII on functional web applications addressing real-world needs. The event was graced by Mrs. Vandana Chawla, Director (Innovations), Mrs. Neerja Bhaskar Anand, Principal and Mrs. Arati Mehta Head Mistress – Primary Wing who appreciated the students’ efforts and encouraged them to continue exploring technology creatively. Chrysalis Week successfully highlighted the spirit of experiential learning and innovation, making it a meaningful and enriching experience for all.
